Through nutrition and lifestyle guidance, we can explore ways to build manageable healthy habits into everyday life. With support and accountability, you will experience new energy and self-confidence that you may not have thought possible.

    Brain health is critical for overall health. There are many tools for us to explore (sleep habits, meditation, happiness, stress, nutrition, physical activity, nature, and more) to positively aid the healing process. Whether you’ve suffered a concussion or just want a healthy brain to avoid early-onset dementia, we can work on a program designed for you.

  • Healing Chronic Pain

    Many suffer from back or neck pain, headaches, fatigue, and other ailments on a chronic basis. After an acute injury has time for healing, some continue to experience pain. We’re told we must learn to cope. But there’s another way. I can help you identify Mind-Body Syndrome and work through the process of unlearning pain—beyond coping.

    Reclaim Life from Anxiety and Depression

    Anxiety and depression can feel alienating. We begin with understanding what made you who you are by exploring triggers and trauma, learn how emotions are made and stored, and understand the way your brain processes experiences. You’ll learn and practice tools for managing anxiety and depression, and most importantly, you’ll find a way to begin to heal.

    Do you struggle with self worth or feel limited by your circumstances? I can help you explore the path within, clarify your goals and intentions, boost creativity, identify what's holding you back, and help you on the path to a balanced, nourishing, worthy life grounded in self-love and acceptance.     Many of us have lost our connection to the Earth, and our health suffers as a result. By reconnecting with the natural world, we can experience powerful healing effects. I can help you access, learn from, be inspired by, and renew your connection with nature to reduce stress and be more deeply part of this interconnected system. Coming home to the natural world offers a path to peace.

  • Schedule a 30-minute consultation where we can meet virtually to get to know one another and explore your main health concerns.

    If you need a different time than what’s listed, don’t fret—make a request with the day(s) and time(s) that would work better for you.

    You’ll need to fill out a short Health Survey at least one hour before our appointment. It will take about 5 minutes to complete.

  • We will have 30 minutes together to meet virtually and chat about where you’re at in life right now. My goal is to listen to you. We can talk about program options, and you can decide if I’m the right fit to help you achieve your goals.

  • After we’ve met and agreed on the program best tailored for your needs, created a schedule for meeting, and finalized the agreement and payment, we’ll start a new chapter together.

    Throughout the program, we’ll check in regularly to adjust the plan as needed and identify new, or strengthen existing, goals and strategies for healing.

    Programs are typically structured as 50-minute sessions that occur weekly for 6-8 weeks. They conclude with a review (and celebration) of progress made and craft a plan for moving forward.

    You may decide to start a new program, move to less frequent check-ins, or as I would hope, you feel equipped with the tools and can graduate from our partnership. Whichever your path, I will support you in any way I can so you are empowered to live your best life.

Coaching Services Offered

1-on-1 Coaching

Join me in crafting your personalized healing journey. We’ll begin with a consultation, discover your goals, and work together to address your specific needs, use food as medicine, improve physical activity, and design a balanced, holistic way of living that looks at everything from social connections and relationships to career and creativity.

Youth Empowerment Coaching

Give your child extra support as they navigate peer pressures, expectations, social situations, and influences. Through personalized coaching, I work with young people aged 7-19 to develop stress management techniques, build self confidence, learn practices to self soothe, and build their own strengths and values across all areas of their lives. Group Programs + Retreats

I facilitate a variety of virtual programs that provide a small group targeted work on the various areas described above. I also host annual retreats that offer a deeper in-person immersion in nature where we co-create a healing container for connection, integration, and transformation. Stay tuned for upcoming dates and offerings.
